Melrose Rotary Club accepts requests for funding throughout the year and reviews applications on a monthly basis. If a request requires immediate attention, members of the Board of Directors can review the request prior to the next meeting. Most grants awarded are less than $1,000.
As a local charitable organization, Melrose Rotary Club values projects that involve or benefit the local community and/or support the club’s mission. Past projects include: the handicap pool lift at the YMCA, skateboard park, immersion suits for the Melrose fire department, subsidizing the heating oil emergency fund for residents, and chimes for the Melrose Symphony.
